Cypress Electric & Datacom is a sole-proprietorship owned by Mark Wm. Manis, who is duly licensed and in good standing as a California Electrical (C-10) Contractor.   Cypress Electric & Datacom is a Registered Contractor with the U.S. Department of Defense, Certified by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in Construction Quality Management, and listed as Small Business with both the U.S. Small Business Administration and State of California Department of General Services.

 

Mark has worked as an electrician for fifteen years; gaining experience and expertise in a wide scope of projects consisting of new construction and renovations of complex commercial, industrial, and government applications. Mark’s background and experience also includes working on Wall Street as Vice-President for Bank of America NT&SA, The Saitama Bank, Ltd., and National Australia Bank Limited where he arranged and closed over $28 billion in highly-structured bond and other debt financings, and leveraged lease transactions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration Degree, both from California State University, East Bay.
