Cypress Electric & Datacom^® is a sole-proprietorship owned by Mark Wm. Manis, a resident of Salinas, California, who is duly licensed, in good standing, as a California Electrical (C-10) Contractor.   Cypress Electric & Datacom a Registered Contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense, certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Small Business, and certified by the State of California Department of General Services as a Small Business Enterprise.

Mark has worked as an electrician for twelve years; gaining experience and expertise in a wide scope of projects consisting of new construction and renovations of complex commercial, industrial, and government applications. Mark’s background and experience also includes working on Wall Street as Vice-President for Bank of America NT&SA, The Saitama Bank, Ltd., and National Australia Bank Limited where he arranged and closed over $28 billion in highly-structured bond and other debt financings, and leveraged lease transactions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration Degree, both from California State University, East Bay.

Sarah M. Morris, Manager

Sarah M. Morris manages the daily operations of Cypress Electric & Datacom including all legal, compliance, and payroll matters.  Her background includes Practice Manager for a veterinary hospital, and Partner of a small chain of retail boutiques in Paris, France; where she lived and worked for eight years.  Sarah has attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri  and Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and is fluent in the written and spoken French language.

Peter J. Demos, Esq., Special Advisor

Peter J. Demos provides advisory services to Cypress Electric & Datacom.  He has an extensive legal and business background; including Head of the Legal Departments at Bank of America NT&SA in London and New York.  Prior to acting as Bank Counsel, Peter was an Electrical Engineer for Douglas Aircraft Company.  He has been admitted to the Bars of New York and California.  Peter holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Harvard College, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
